Todd Martin

Todd grew up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He was immediately drawn to the surf and spent 25 years as a top-level competitor, both as an amateur and professional. He first came to Nicaragua in 2005 and fell in love with the people and the beautiful country, not to mention the super consistent surf.

Todd has over 30 years of successful sales and marketing experience as an inventory procurement specialist for numerous large automobile dealerships in the southeastern United States. Coupled with 20 years as an independent real estate investor specializing in buying and reselling properties, along with Managing his own rental properties.

He has been a property owner in Nicaragua since 2015, and finally realized his lifelong goal of living in tropical paradise last year along with his 16-year-old son Jake. He resides in The world-class community of Hacienda Iguana. Located next-door to Nicaragua’s newest airport, Costa Esmeralda, where you can fly directly to the beach and be Surfing within the hour.
