Casa Tranquilo  is a unique five acre plus property with accessibility from both the beach and estuary back road.

A modern haven awaits. Casa Tranquilo was constructed in the spring of 2021 and has been well-maintained since.
The house is extremely secure and has been fitted with premium tempered glass sliding doors and one inch decorative security bars throughout.

Casa Tranquilo is ninety-five percent complete with the electrical and plumbing roughed-in and tested, but requiring a more permanent energy source.

The house remains unfurnished.

A few steps from the terrace is a wooden lifeguard tower that rises above all else to take in views of the Padres Ramos estuary to the south and Mechapa to the north. It is truly the perfect place for a morning coffee and surf check.

While remote, the surf is uncrowded, the fishing is consistent and the starry nights are unreal. Casa Tranquilo is definitely a great place to connect with nature and enjoy a slower pace of life.
